Revolut Payment & Delivery

For Online Purchases through REVOLUT

 

A. Receipt from any ACS Courier office: The delivery fees throughout Cyprus are as follows:

  • <2Kg : €4.60

  • <2-5>Kg: €7.60

  • <5-10>Kg: €8.10

 

B. Delivery to the preferred address: Delivery is executed within 1-2 working days from the day of the confirmation of an order.  The delivery fees throughout Cyprus are as follows:

  • <2Kg : €6.60

  • <2-5>Kg: €8.10

  • <5-10>Kg: €10.00

 

 

Notes

  • The fees are calculated automatically, depending on the weight of the order and are included in the overall total cost of the purchase. In case the recipient is not at home upon delivery of the order, then the delivery is rescheduled by ACS courier upon an advisable procedure agreed with the recipient.

 

 

International Shipping

  • Deliveries to Greece and outside Cyprus are executed via post only, provided that the payment is done through Revolut.  This is the only method of payment accepted. A relevant notice will be sent to you, needed to be presented to the designated local post office upon receipt of your order.  Deliveries outside Cyprus incur postage costs, depending on the weight of your order and are calculated in accordance with the price lists of the Cyprus Post.  Shipping costs include packaging and administration costs.

 

 

Cancellation of an Order

  • To cancel an order (full or partial) you have to contact us via e-mail or phone. A cancellation of an order is applicable only if no notification of the order has been delivered to you. If you have already received a notification of delivery then any request for cancellation is not accepted.

 

 

Important Information

  • Wiseonline deliveries are executed all over Cyprus provided there is an ACS office in the requested area. (Click on www.acscyprus.com, select <> in order to view the regions where ACS Courier offices are situated).

  • Wiseonline deliveries are executed only on working days (Monday-Friday).

  • Deliveries are not executed during holidays.

  • In case you do not receive your order within the given deadline, you are hereby requested to contact us at info@wiseonline.com.cy and inform us accordingly.
