Return of «Defective Items»

 

You have the right to return any defective items within 7 days from the day of the reception of your order. You must notify us via e-mail or phone, then pack the item in a safe way to prevent any further damage and finally deliver the item directly to the Nicosia Central Offices of the approved Courier (ACS Courier Nicosia Central Offices: Michalakopoulou 14, Postal code:1075 Tel.: +357 22762062) for the attention of: WISE ONLINE Τel.: 97853040, Acropolis, Nicosia.  Our shop will be charged with all the expenses.  We will contact you via e-mail or phone as soon as we receive the «defective product».

 

If we verify that the item is defective, then you have the right to replace it with an identical one or with another of equal value or to apply for a refund. Our e-shop will be charged with the delivery fees for the new item.

 

Note: If it is determined that the damage has been created from any misuse of the item then, unfortunately, this item can not be replaced and will be returned back to you where you will be charged with the relevant delivery fees.
